We're seeking a seasoned Partner Development Manager to drive commercial partnerships that bring new merchants to our platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline to deliver market strategy, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a pipeline to deliver assigned territories' market strategy
  • Recruit new integration and referral partnerships through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
  • Meet quotas defined by leadership and provide regular pipeline reporting and forecasts
  • Ensure smooth handover to allocated Partner Trainer, Partner Growth Manager, and Partner Marketing Manager
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and advocate for partners within Lightspeed
  • Deliver defined ROI, key learnings, and evaluation of partnership impact to drive market share growth, brand awareness, and sales
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of channel sales experience; software sales experience preferred
  • Experience with generating sales forecasts and high degree of initiative and self-direction
  • B2B relationship building skills and ability to develop comprehensive growth strategies
  • Excellent English and French oral and written communication skills, group presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-moving environment
