  • Franchisor Satisfaction: Ensure the satisfaction of franchisors within your portfolio, building strong relationships and driving business growth.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team of 6 colleagues within the Strategy, Solutions, and Business Processes sector, reporting to an Associate Vice-President. Our team is known for its cutting-edge expertise, creativity, operational excellence, and multidisciplinary nature.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree related to the industry and six years of relevant experience, or Master's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience, or University certificate and eight years of relevant experience.
  • Commercial Finance Expertise: Excellent knowledge of commercial finance, including analysis and drafting of financial documents, commercial banking products, and associated financing processes.
  • Business Development Experience: Experience in business development, ideally with large companies, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and make relevant recommendations, analyze and solve problems, and demonstrate creativity and innovation.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Influential leadership and excellent team player, with a strong sense of organization, priority management, and autonomy.
