Retail Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Pharaoh Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure high-quality products for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure high standards are met.
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 hours per week.
