Job Title: Administrative Assistant

GJ2 LC1 FOOD SERVICES.INC is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our office is operating within budget.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures, ensuring that our office is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, ensuring that all agreements are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring that all materials are accurate and professional.
  • Marketing: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring that our office is operating within budget.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Team player, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
