Administrative Coordinator

Loyal Taxi Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and budget management
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information legislation
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
- Train and supervise office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance to staff
- Commission systems and components to ensure they are functioning properly
- Coach and mentor staff to improve their performance and skills
- Monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment of staff
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the office is operating within budget
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- 30-40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
