Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Call Centre Guys Inc.

Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and ensure that they are followed by all staff members.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of office support staff, delegate tasks, and establish work priorities.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate their effectiveness, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
