Job Title: Office Administrator

Loyal Taxi Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and budget management
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information legislation
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide coaching to staff
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
Working Conditions:
  • 16-20 people in the team
  • More than 20 people in the team
