Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Support Professional to join our team at Ben-Mor in Barrie, ON. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with a dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer requests throughout the sales process, identifying and responding to customer needs, and advising them on company products. They will also establish long-term relationships of trust with customers, ensuring quality service in order processing, deliveries, and after-sales follow-up.

Responsibilities
  • Support industrial sales department as the primary customer contact, identifying and responding to customer needs, informing and advising customers on products, and completing and processing orders.
  • Complete clerical tasks for sales or production, including receiving and documenting customer complaints and non-conformities.
  • Direct requests and problems to the right resources and may answer calls for the reception when necessary.
Requirements
  • Communication: ease with multiple channels and recipients, interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Agility: resourcefulness, autonomy, and multi-tasking.
  • Organization: good management of priorities and stress.
  • Fluency in French (an asset).
  • Mastery of metric and imperial systems of measurement.
