About the Role:

  • As a Food Service Ambassador, you will be part of our front-of-house team responsible for creating memorable guest experiences in an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere.
  • You will work closely with our culinary team to provide guests with the best Tex-Mex north of the border, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, being able to effectively communicate with guests about our food and beverage program and promotional activities.
  • You will also work hand-in-hand with our bartending staff to provide guests with fun and refreshing beverages, such as our signature margaritas.
  • Responsibilities include working with a team of service staff to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience, communicating with guests about our menu offerings and promotions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Smart Serve Certification is a must-have for this role.
  • You should be physically active and able to remain busy for the duration of your shift.
  • Prior service experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • You will be required to lift items up to 30lbs on occasion.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
