Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Hospitality Ambassador to join our front-of-house team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless communication between the kitchen and the dining area, and working closely with our bartending team to deliver an unforgettable experience.

  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with guests about our menu offerings and promotional activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with regular customers and ensure their repeat business.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements

To succeed as a Hospitality Ambassador at Lone Star Texas Grill, you must possess:

  • Smart Serve certification.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining physically active and engaged throughout your shift.
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • The capacity to lift items up to 30 pounds.
