Customer Experience Liaison

About the RoleWe're looking for someone who is proactive, personable, and has a passion for helping others. As a Customer Experience Liaison, you will be the face of our organization, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Process transactions and manage customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Nurture long-term relationships with customers, understanding their goals and aspirations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
