Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at A4S IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheet software.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure at times. The ability to maintain attention to detail and confidentiality is essential.
