Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Co-ordination and Organisation
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Supervise and train other administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Supervision
- 3-4 people.
