Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in understanding customer needs, motivations, and emotions to strengthen their experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify gaps in customer experience metrics and recommend strategies to improve them.
  • Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction through various forms of communication, including phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and account management teams, to enhance customer experiences.
  • Design marketing and engagement strategies for new products or services.
  • Work in a high-volume, fast-paced, strategic environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills, including strong listening capabilities.
  • Strong business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence.
  • Previous experience working in a dealership or in the automotive/leasing industry is a strong asset.
  • Collaboration with others is essential, as well as strong project management and problem-solving expertise.
  • Great computer skills, including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM).
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to enhance the customer experience.
