Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Engagement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing business customers, answering product and service queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Claims Handling: Thoroughly explain coverage and handle claims in an empathetic and professional manner, ensuring that customers' needs are met.
  • Renewals and Cancellations: Process and review renewals for all insurers, and handle cancellation requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Provide cross-sell and upsell recommendations to existing customers, ensuring that they are aware of all available products and services.
  • Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with various insurance providers' underwriting rules, product features, and benefits, and actively participate in training initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education and/or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in home and auto insurance brokerage.
  • Licenses and Certifications: RIBO licensed.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with computer applications, and a high level of integrity and work ethic.
