About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that strengthen customer experiences.
  • Design and execute marketing and engagement initiatives to promote new products or services.
  • Work in a fast-paced, strategic environment to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, including excellent listening capabilities.
  • Business writing skills, including the use of email correspondence.
  • Previous experience in a dealership or automotive/leasing industry is a strong asset.
  • Collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data to enhance the customer experience.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software (CRM).
