Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at All Star Cleaners. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as preparing minutes of meetings and seminars.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Prepare minutes of meetings and seminars
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage training and development strategies
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 hours per week
