Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Future Pathways Canada Inc. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and meetings, as well as preparing minutes and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and arranging travel itineraries. Additionally, you will provide support for various programs, including mentorship and coaching opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, and other groups. If you have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for administrative work, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Prepare minutes and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Arrange travel itineraries
  • Provide support for various programs, including mentorship and coaching opportunities

Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience

Work Environment:
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language
  • Permanent employment
