Administrative Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
- Prepare minutes and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Arrange travel itineraries
- Provide support for various programs, including mentorship and coaching opportunities
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:
- 40 hours per week
- English language
- Permanent employment
