We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team at Growing Steps Children Centre Inc.
Job Description:- Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Evaluate and review new administrative procedures, making recommendations for improvement.
- Delegate tasks effectively to office support staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, streamlining processes for efficiency.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, aligning with organizational goals.
- Supervision:
- 1 to 2 people, fostering a supportive and inclusive work culture.
- Transportation/Travel Information:
- Public transportation is available, facilitating convenient commute options.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Personal Suitability:
- Organized, with exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
