Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and review new administrative procedures, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, streamlining processes for efficiency.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Supervision:
  • 1 to 2 people, fostering a supportive and inclusive work culture.
  • Transportation/Travel Information:
  • Public transportation is available, facilitating convenient commute options.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
