Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at RITZ CABINETS LTD.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 1-2 years of administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Seminar and Event Planning: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
  • HR Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
