Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Services Assistant to join our team at Premium Appliance Sales & Service. As an Administrative Services Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail and other materials, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 35 hours of work per week
