About Us: 360 Inc. is a leading provider of digital marketing software and digital advertising solutions. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the West region.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team in the West region, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team in the West region: Develop and execute sales strategies, set sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Manage sales performance: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management: Proven track record of success in sales management, business development, and team leadership.
  • 10+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales/territory management: Demonstrated ability to drive performance in a team with consistent attainment and surpassing of sales objectives.
  • Business building experience: Demonstrated experience in business building, ability to develop business practices, and establish the sales function within a large territory.
  • Automotive industry experience: Not a prerequisite but an important asset.
  • Competence in closing sales: Comfort with solicitation calls and ability to close sales.
