Job Title: Regional Sales Director

At Betco Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the Janitorial/Sanitation channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve geographic annual revenue plan
  • Manage and motivate a team of Facility Solution Specialists to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and end customers
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform sales strategy
  • Manage sales forecasting and budgeting
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business with sales emphasis
  • 3-5 years' experience in progressive sales management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
