Administrative Support Specialist

Job Description
The Milner Group Ventures Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Administrative Support Specialist and Dispatch Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and coordinating dispatch operations.
Main Responsibilities - Administration:
- Process orders and payments for all companies
- Manage construction rentals, including entry, scheduling, and tracking
- Prepare envelopes for mailing and perform accounting reconciliations as required
- Monitor supply levels and order office supplies for the office, scale house, and shop
- Answer phones and utilize a multiple phone line system
Main Responsibilities - Dispatch:
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching of trucks and other company assets
- Coordinate with internal department leads and managers to dispatch inbound call requests
- Coordinate site fueling and pit activity as required
- Assist in coordinating hired trucks and review completed jobs for reporting purposes
- Relieve the dispatcher for breaks and vacations and utilize a two-way radio for dispatching
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role
- 1-3 years of experience in short-haul truck dispatching, preferred
