Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Manvirro's Indian Grill. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for our staff and management team
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate staff member
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide information to customers and stakeholders
  • Office Administration
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Screening and Evaluation
    • Screen candidates for job openings and conduct initial interviews
    • Evaluate the qualifications and experience of candidates
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week
