About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Manvirro's Indian Grill. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and confirming meetings with clients and colleagues. This will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely follow-up.

Communication and Reception

You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This will involve answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and directing visitors to the relevant contacts or service areas.

Administrative Tasks

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including manual and computerized information filing systems. This will involve setting up and maintaining these systems, as well as ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and filed in a timely manner.

Inventory Management

You will be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels to ensure that our office is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our team.

Requirements
  • Education

You must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

You must have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.

Language

You must be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
