As a District Sales Manager, you will oversee a designated territory by actively engaging with business owners to drive growth and development within the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB).
- Introduce CFIB's membership services to business owners.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships.
- Meet face-to-face with existing members and manage account renewals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Business acumen and a forward-thinking mindset.
- Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- A customer-centric approach, goal-driven attitude, and resilience.
- Commitment to achieving sales targets effectively.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package including base salary, commissions, and quarterly bonuses. High achievers can earn an average annual income of $80,000-$90,000 or more.
