Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a highly motivated District Sales Manager to join our team at the Canadian Federation of Independent Business in Winnipeg, MB.

As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing an assigned territory by proactively engaging business owners and focusing on business development and growth.

Your objectives will include:

  • Presenting CFIB's membership services to business owners
  • Seeking new businesses and building relationships
  • Meeting with existing members in person and managing account renewals

The right person for this role will have business acumen or business vision, a vehicle, and a full valid Driver's License. You will be customer-focused, goal-oriented, and have solid resilience skills.

In return, you can expect a mixed compensation structure, including a base salary, commissions, and quarterly bonuses. An average annual salary of $80,000-$90,000 or more for above-average performers.

You will also enjoy monthly incentives, a monthly expense allowance, matched RRSP contributions, and comprehensive health benefits.
