About the Role

The Strategic Partnership Director will be responsible for building and growing Tipalti's strategic partnerships with top GSIs, including RSM, Capgemini, Accenture, EY, and others. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in scaling and growing new and existing partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with GSI partners, including executive, marketing, sales, and sales support teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships and alliances
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to deliver joint go-to-market strategies and solutions
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform partnership development and strategy
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on partnership performance and progress

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS-based technologies and alliance management
  • 5+ years of experience managing GSI partners and driving revenue growth
  • Proven track record of scaling and growing new and existing partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of ERP, accounting, financial management, and financial operations domains
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
