Position Summary

The Strategic Vice President Support Lead will provide exceptional administrative and operational support for day-to-day operations and projects in two assigned portfolios. This role requires confidentiality and discretion when managing and releasing information.

This position may be required to provide additional support for other executive portfolios as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to independently problem solve in a tactful and diplomatic way.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide primary administrative and project support to Executive Vice President & Chief of Clinical Programs and Vice President of Human Resources, including tracking event, project, and report due dates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts, facilitating smooth, effective, and accurate information flows.
  • Draft and prepare correspondences for various audiences, including the Board of Governors.
  • Calendar management and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems.
