Our client, a leader in delivering innovative and solutions-driven products for workplace environments, is seeking an experienced Vice President, Sales to drive measurable growth and strengthen dealer and distributor partnerships. Position Overview

The Vice President, Sales will be instrumental in developing and executing

strategic sales initiatives to expand market share and enhance relationships with key dealers and distributors. This role is ideal for a progressive leader with

exceptional sales acumen, a deep understanding of dealer-driven sales models,

and a proven ability to inspire high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the organization’s growth objectives.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with dealers, distributors, and key partners in the workplace solutions and built environment industries.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in core and emerging markets,
  • leveraging market insights to drive competitive advantage.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration,
  • accountability, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives, refining approaches to respond to market dynamics.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, maintaining a strong professional network and staying abreast of market trends.


Qualifications

  • Significant experience in senior sales leadership roles, preferably within the office furniture, commercial interiors, real estate, workplace solutions, or related industries.
  • Expertise in dealer and distributor-based sales models with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to translate insights into
  • actionable sales initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team building and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, particularly in market analysis and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
