Administrative Support Specialist

Xentek is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as:
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including tasks such as opening and distributing mail, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and scheduling appointments.
- Office Management: Manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compile data, statistics and other information.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service to our clients, including answering electronic enquiries and greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
Work Setting
- Information Technology (IT) Consulting: Work in an information technology (IT) consulting environment.
