Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our Transitional Care Unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to our healthcare team, including clerical duties, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Perform other related duties as required.
About You
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a graduate of an approved 2-year Office Administration/Professional Secretarial diploma or university degree is preferred. Five years of related experience is also preferred.
