Administrative Support Specialist

Xentek is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as:
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and providing customer service to clients.
- Compiling data, statistics, and other information, and performing data entry tasks.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and arranging travel and related itineraries.
- Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
