Christian Worship and Outreach Program Coordinator

Westside Fellowship Christian Reformed Church in Kingston, Ontario seeks a part-time program director (20 hrs/week) to lead worship and contribute to the faith formation of our local church. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our worship and outreach programs.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with our pastor and other ministry leaders to develop and implement engaging worship services and outreach programs that promote spiritual growth and community development. Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and leading worship services that are relevant, engaging, and inspiring
- Developing and implementing outreach programs that serve the needs of our community
- Collaborating with other ministry leaders to achieve our church's mission and vision
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of Christian theology and practice is essential, as well as experience in worship leadership and community development. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
CompensationThe salary for this position is approximately $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous retirement plan.
