Job Description:

As a key member of the Queen's University team, we are seeking an experienced Healthcare Association Program Officer to join our dynamic group. In this vital role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing and coordinating various healthcare programs, developing policies, and monitoring research results.

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in program development, policy creation, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervising technical personnel, providing guidance to senior managers, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise laboratory technical personnel, medical clinical personnel, graduate students, research scientists, and other professionals
- Provide advice to senior managers and officials on healthcare-related matters
- Perform administrative tasks, including data analysis and report writing
- Monitor health care programs, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop policies, standards, and guidelines for healthcare services
- Coordinate multidisciplinary projects, fostering collaboration among stakeholders

Benefits:
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, estimated at $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, they will receive comprehensive health benefits, including a healthcare plan and vision care benefits. A pension plan is also available for long-term financial security.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in program management, policy development, and healthcare administration is essential. You must be proficient in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
