Supply Chain Coordinator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to implement new vendor managed agreements at customer sites. This includes organizing shop supply rooms, creating labels, installing vending machines, and replenishing shop supplies through automated dispensing machines or other forms of vendor managed inventory.
The ideal candidate will provide on-site assistance relating to products and equipment, act as our sales liaison when on site, perform physical inventory counts, and make adjustments when necessary.
Additional responsibilities include operating vending machine software and scanning equipment, performing maintenance of vending machines, and following up on sales requests and entering quotes.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrated problem-solving and technical abilities
- Product knowledge is an asset
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- The ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
