Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Replenishment Specialist to implement vendor-managed agreements at customer sites, replenish shop supplies through automated dispensing machines, and provide on-site assistance with products and equipment. This role will also act as Tenaquip's sales liaison, perform physical inventory counts, operate vending machine software, and maintain vending machines.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new vendor managed agreements at customer sites, including organizing shop supply rooms, creating labels, and installing vending machines.
  • Replenish shop supplies through automated dispensing machines or other forms of vendor managed inventory.
  • Provide on-site assistance relating to products and equipment.
  • Act as Tenaquip's sales liaison when on site.
  • Perform physical inventory counts and make adjustments when necessary.
  • Operate vending machine software and scanning equipment.
  • Maintain vending machines and follow up on sales requests.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and technical abilities.
  • Product knowledge is an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
