At STAR ENERGY HOME COMFORT LTD., we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our staff and clients

Requirements- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
