Administrative Support Specialist

The Administrative Associate role is a vital part of our team, serving as the first point-of-contact for guests and callers. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide administrative support as needed.
A typical day in this role includes greeting and welcoming guests/clients, answering/routing phone calls, and directing visitors to the appropriate departments. Additionally, you'll be responsible for sorting and forwarding incoming faxes and emails, handling couriers, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a safe and clean reception area.
To succeed in this position, you'll need to be easy-going, detail-oriented, and reliable. You'll thrive in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, but not required. Secondary School Diploma and minimum 1-2 years' experience within an office and/or administrative capacity are also essential.

The salary range for this position is $38,000-$45,000 annually, based on factors such as skills, experience, working location, and specific business line scope and level. The employment offer is contingent upon completion of a successful background check.
