Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of 5-10 people.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Reliability, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
