Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate reliability and teamwork, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
- Experience: Have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management.
- Work Schedule: Work 35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
