Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Little Caesars. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a positive experience, including prompt and friendly service, accurate orders, and a clean and welcoming dining area.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and running efficiently.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and employee performance.
    • Develop and implement effective systems for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Development
    • Identify and develop the skills and abilities of team members to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
    • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
