We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, providing a safe and clean environment for our customers and employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
