About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our restaurant is always stocked with the necessary supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our restaurant.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate reliability and teamwork skills, working collaboratively with others to achieve our goals.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees, providing support and guidance to help them integrate into our team.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
