Job Title: Manager of Research and Evaluation

360°kids is a leading community agency serving York Region, providing innovative support services for over 35 years. We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Research and Evaluation to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, direct, and implement quality procedures, standards, and specifications to achieve 360°kids' goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to set client service standards, establish methods to evaluate those standards, and ensure effective integration of all programs.
  • Provide expertise in program evaluation, survey instrument design, data analysis, and report development.
  • Review and assess program outputs, outcomes, and tracking methods to ensure alignment with funder requirements and 360°kids' strategic priorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of working with street-involved youth.
  • Familiarity with quality management tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification and vulnerable sector screening.
