Job Title: Manager of Research and Evaluation

At Accoravillage, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Research and Evaluation to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Evaluation: Develop, direct, and implement quality procedures, standards, and specifications to achieve our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research projects that support industry best practices and the development of new programs and services.
  • Quality Assurance: Achieve in-house quality standards by completing program audits, statistical analysis, identifying and resolving problems.
  • Training and Development: Determine training needs of the organization, develop and implement training programs, and provide leadership to a diverse staff team.
  • Reporting and Communication: Record, analyze, and distribute statistical information to senior management, the Board of Directors, and other designated organizations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years management experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, motivation, delegation, coaching/mentoring, and empowerment skills. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
