Job Title: Research and Evaluation Manager

At 360°kids, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research and Evaluation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services.
  • Conduct research and evaluation studies to inform program development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to staff on quality management and research methods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with funders and stakeholders to ensure ongoing support for our programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, child and youth care, psychology, sociology).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in research and evaluation, preferably in a non-profit setting.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and research methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
