We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and sales operations.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus opportunities for performance bonuses.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring accurate and professional communication.

You will also assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.

Maintaining and updating records in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency, is also a key responsibility.

You will also support sales presentations by preparing materials, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales assistance (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
