**Sales OPS Coordinator**
**Reports to: Director, Sales OPS**

The Sales Ops Coordinator is part of a team that is responsible for the administration of supporting tasks required by the Sales department and includes order processing. Coordinators act as liaisons between sales and operations and support both departments in their interaction with one another. Coordinators ensure that all details pertaining to preparation of Water Matrix proposals are accurate. Additionally, Coordinators play an integral role in supporting sales reps throughout the sales consultative sales process and contribute to the overall success of the sale.
**The Role**:
- Provide administrative support and coordination to the Sales Team and Operations Team
- Provide accurate quotes for potential projects
- Qualify customers for the sales team by analyzing water data
- Prepare documentation and information for building inspections as required
- Gather information and prepare accurate reports in a timely manner as requested by the sales team
- Prepare post installation reports for customers as requested
- Prepare and organize promotional packages/material for trade shows & conferences
- Process orders sent through Order Desk and sort according to priority shipments
- Provide routing information and issue shipping instructions
- Provide tracking, shipping history information, or freight quotes to customers
- Cross-train across various operational functions
- Identify process improvements to help improve departmental and business objectives
- Work independently and as part of the team
- Communicate and resolve challenges with internal departments as needed
- Maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of policies, operating procedures and products
- Extensive product knowledge and technical knowledge will be required for troubleshooting
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ years project coordination is an asset
- Proficiency in excel is an asset
- Customer service back ground is an asset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, customer oriented environment
- Demonstrated time management, organizational and conflict resolution abilities
- Problem solve and provide solutions
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, multi task and follow up
- Self-motivated, self-dedicated, and result oriented
